Ordering From Us

All products offered in our webshop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase; the agreement is concluded upon our order confirmation.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of our products. These variations do not constitute a defect.

03 — Pricing & Payment

Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify's payment infrastructure.

04 — Delivery & Shipping

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier. URBAN TAILOR.® is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any damage or discrepancy within 48 hours.

05 — Returns & Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@urbantailorcovers.shop within this period.

Returned products must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless the return is the result of a defect or error on our part.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the original payment method.

06 — Warranty

Product Warranty

Every URBAN TAILOR.® cover comes with a 2-year standard warranty, extendable to 5 years upon registration. Our warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. It does not cover discolouration, soiling, accidental damage, or general wear and tear. All warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase (original purchase invoice). Our Brand & Content

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and the URBAN TAILOR.® name and trademark — is the exclusive property of URBAN TAILOR.® and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Our Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, URBAN TAILOR.® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from intent or gross negligence on our part.
