Shipping Policy

1. Production time

Every URBAN TAILOR.® cover is handcrafted to order in our own atelier. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery time

Orders are shipped with trusted carriers and are normally delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is complimentary on all orders. There is no minimum spend.

4. Delivery addresses

We deliver to all countries that can be selected at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

5. Delays

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will trace the shipment for you.

6. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
