Every URBAN TAILOR.® cover is handmade to order and dispatched from our atelier in the Netherlands. We take the same care in delivery as we do in craftsmanship — your cover arrives in our Premium Signature Case, ready for the ultimate unboxing experience.
Processing time
As each cover is made by hand, please allow time for production before dispatch. Once your order is ready, it ships from the Netherlands and you'll receive tracking details by email.
Shipping rates & delivery times
- The Netherlands — €9,95, delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria) — €14,95, delivered within 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are an indication and begin once your order has been dispatched. Additional destinations are added as we expand — if your country isn't listed yet, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your cover every step of the way.
Customs & duties
Orders within the European Union are delivered without additional customs charges. For any destination outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
