At URBAN TAILOR.® every cover is handmade to the highest standard. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. To be eligible, the cover must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging including the Signature Case and storage bag.

How to start a return

To begin a return, contact us at info@urbantailorcovers.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll share the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Made-to-measure & personalised covers

Because each made-to-measure or personalised cover is crafted specifically to your specifications, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your cover is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and put it right at no cost to you. Every URBAN TAILOR.® cover is also backed by our 5-year warranty when registered.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
