What Is Covered

Seams & Stitching
Any failure in seams, stitching, or structural integrity that arises under normal conditions of use is covered in full. We guarantee the construction of every cover we produce.

Fabric & Material Defects
Manufacturing defects in the fabric — such as tears, splits, or structural weaknesses present from production — are covered under this warranty. If the material fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it.
What Is Not Covered
Our covers are designed for outdoor use — and outdoor life naturally leaves its mark over time. The following fall outside the scope of this warranty, as they are not considered defects in craftsmanship or materials.
Discolouration & Fading
Gradual colour change or fading caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight and the elements is a natural characteristic of premium outdoor fabric. This is not a defect and is not covered under warranty.
Soiling & Staining
The accumulation of dirt, pollen, bird droppings, mould, or other environmental deposits is not a manufacturing defect. We recommend following our care instructions to keep your cover in optimal condition.
Accidental Damage & Misuse
Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, modifications, or failure to follow care guidelines is not covered. This includes damage caused by extreme weather events beyond normal seasonal conditions.
General Wear & Tear
Normal deterioration from regular outdoor use over time is expected and is not considered a defect. Our warranty covers craftsmanship — not the ageing that comes with daily life outside.

Provide Documentation
Include a photo of the defect and your original purchase invoice from the store where you bought your cover.

We Assess & Resolve
Our team reviews your claim and will arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
Important — Proof of Purchase Required
All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice from the retailer or store where your URBAN TAILOR.® cover was purchased. Claims submitted without valid proof of purchase cannot be processed. Please retain your invoice for the duration of your warranty period.
