We are team URBAN TAILOR.®
We design and handmake premium covers for outdoor furniture. Not the generic black cover that ends up in the corner of a shed, but a product with its own look, made with the care of a tailor's atelier. We control production in-house, from fabric to finish, so every cover meets the same standard.

Ordering in four steps
From login to invoice: ordering through Inside the Atelier takes only a few minutes.

Log in with the dealer account we created for you. Dealer prices are only visible when you are logged in.

Choose quantities
Per piece, or a full master carton (6 or 8 of one article) for an extra 15% off.

Check out on account
No payment at checkout. You receive the invoice by e-mail, payment term 15 days.

How do I get a dealer account?
Dealer accounts are created by us; you cannot register yourself. Once your account is active you receive an e-mail to set your password. Can't log in? Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Prices and VAT
All dealer prices are shown excluding VAT. Dutch companies are charged 21% VAT. Companies outside the Netherlands are invoiced with VAT reverse-charged, based on your company VAT number.
Per piece or master carton?
You can order every article per piece. A master carton always contains one single article (6 or 8 pieces, depending on the product). Ordering a full master carton gives an extra 15% off that article; the discount is applied automatically in the order form.

Delivery time
Within Europe your order is delivered in 5–12 working days. Made-to-order items ship directly within 14 days.

Payment and invoices
You order on account. The invoice is sent by e-mail after your order, with a payment term of 15 days.
Pre-season orders
Place a larger pre-order for next season before the end of October and receive an extra 10%. Get in touch with your account manager to plan your pre-season order.
Which range is available?
Within Europe the Royal Sand range is available to dealers. Covers come in standard sizes; for larger runs, talk to us about the options.
Warranty registration for your customers
Your customer gets 2 years warranty as standard, extended to 5 years after registering the product at Register Your Masterpiece. Point it out at the counter: it is a strong closing argument.
Claims and service
Contact your dedicated account manager or info@urbantailorcovers.shop. Claims are answered within 2 working days at the latest; other questions we aim to answer within 24 hours. For a claim, include your order number and photos of the issue.
